Open the Vaniglia Premium (Premium Vanilla) tin and mix the contents well.

Weigh out the quantity of product needed to prepare the flavour and add the vanilla to the white base mixture.

Blend thoroughly. Pour the mixture obtained into the batch freezer and turn it on.
After about 8 minutes, place a pre-cooled tub under the machine and start to remove the contents.

Open the batch freezer spout and remove the ice cream.
Decorate the tub using a spatula.

The gelato is now ready.
