Lemon Sorbet
tag: fruit gelato,In order to prepare this flavour we need to use: sugar, Mec3 powder lemon and water.
Weigh out the quantity of sugar and Mec3 powder lemon needed to prepare the flavour and place them in a container.
Mix them together well, and then add some water.
Blend thoroughly to create a uniform batter.
At this stage, pour in the remaining water and, if required, add some freshly-squeezed lemon juice.
Now pour the mixture into the batch freezer and turn it on.
For a creamier gelato, after about 6 minutes you can add to add the improver Softin directly to the batch freezer contents.
After a further 2 minutes, approximately, place a pre-cooled tub under the machine and start to remove the contents.
Once the gelato has been removed, decorate the tub as desired.
The gelato is now ready.
