Ingredients – Mec 3 crema catalana dessert, milk, cream.

Blend together using a whisk to obtain a uniform mixture , add the cream and mix using a whisk pour into some bowls , cool for about three to four hours in a refrigerator at a temperature of 4°C, before serving place some brown sugar on the surface an caramelize using a kitchen blow torch .

Decorate as desired.
