Chocolate Fondant

Method:
empty the chocolate fondant powder into a bowl.
Add two eggs and mix together using a whisk , add the cuor di ciocolato fondente previously melted in a bain-marie continue to whisk together until fully blended, pour into moulds and bake with only the bed plate turned on at 230°-240°C for 8-9 minutes without ventilation.
When cooked remove the flans from the moulds and decorate with fresh cream and chocolate fans, chocolate topping and a light dusting of cocoa powder.
