Black Forest Gelato

We need to use two products to make this flavor:

- Black Forest Cake variegate and Black Forest Kirsh
- Open Black Forest Cake variegate and mix the content.

Repeat the process with Black Forest Kirsh.

Pur the previously prepared white base mixture into the Batch freezer and turn it on.

After about 8 minutes place a pre-cooled  tub under the machine and start to remove the content.

Remove some of gelato and pour some Black Forest Cake variegate onto it using a spatule to distribute it evenly.

Repeat with the Foresta Nera Cherry variegate.

Remove the remaining gelato and pour the remaining Black Forest Cake variegate onto the gelato ensure this is distributed evenly.

Decorate the tub using a spatula and then add the remaining Black Forest Kirch variegate.

The gelato is now ready.
